We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Artist Facilitator to deliver creative arts and cultural activities with young people as part of The Agency. This freelance role is ideal for someone who believes in the power of creativity to support young people’s ambitions, wellbeing and personal development. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider team, you will lead weekly sessions, support Peer Mentors, build community partnerships, and help young people bring their ideas to life in a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment.

Freelance Fee: £12,300

Contract Includes:

• 2 days per week (Wednesdays and Saturdays) for 18 weeks
• 1.5 days per week for 10 weeks
• 5 additional days for planning and evaluation
• 3 days of essential Agency methodology training

Project Dates: September 2026 – May 2027

Essential Training: 26–28 August 2026 (Manchester)

Working Pattern: Saturdays (daytime, Blacon/Lache) and Wednesdays, including evening sessions at Storyhouse.
