As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries across in‑person interactions, email, social media, and phone. You’ll join a small, fast‑paced team dedicated to delivering excellent, timely support, so we’re looking for someone with a can‑do attitude who genuinely enjoys engaging with customers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and confident in providing high‑quality service, ideally with experience using a box office system. You’ll bring strong communication skills, a friendly and positive approach, and the ability to stay calm and proactive under pressure. This is a fixed‑term, part‑time role, and applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends at Storyhouse and Storyhouse in the Park Tuesday - Sundays.

Salary: £12.71

Contract: 20 hours per week
