The Cinema Team at Storyhouse is responsible for the smooth running of the cinema's operations across our indoor and outdoor venues. We work as a team to deliver excellent customer service, assist with ticketing enquiries, sell refreshments, and ensure the efficient functioning of the cinema digital system and kiosks.

We are a friendly team, who are passionate about films and keen to share this passion with all our customers and give them an enjoyable and memorable cinema experience.

The Cinema Assistant will assist with the running of the cinema and manage daily cinema screenings, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the cinema, often by themselves.

The role will suit someone with experience in a similar environment and with some knowledge of digital projection.
